ReelAiX provides content creation, editing, automation, and digital strategy services. The scope, pricing, and timelines for specific services will be outlined in a signed client contract, service agreement, or project proposal. Any additional terms in those agreements will take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: – Use our services for any illegal or prohibited activity. – Publish or distribute harmful, malicious, or unlawful content. – Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt our website’s operation. – Use data from our website for unsolicited marketing or data collection purposes.
All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the individual service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in interest charges, suspension, or termination of services. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
All content, templates, workflows, strategies, and deliverables created by or for ReelAiX remain the intellectual property of ReelAiX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for agreed-upon purposes only. Any unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
We agree to maintain confidentiality for any proprietary information shared by the client. Clients and contractors are expected to uphold the same confidentiality standards (additional NDA may apply).
Do not submit ideas, inventions, or intellectual property to ReelAiX unless covered by a signed agreement. If submitted without such an agreement, you grant ReelAiX a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and adapt the material without any obligation to compensate you.
While we use best practices and professional expertise, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or engagement metrics from our services.
The website and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, or completeness of information or results from our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelAiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation.
Our total liability for any claims is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your use of third-party resources.
Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. All outstanding fees must be paid, and any project materials returned, before termination is finalized. We may suspend or terminate access to services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unlawful activity.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelAiX, its team, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Belgium.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
